Match your license to the agreement
The driver's license presented at pickup must match the name on the rental agreement exactly. Additional drivers must be registered before departure.
Every Suyaan rental comes with the same set of rules — no matter the vehicle, the city, or the trip. Eighteen checks across four categories. Read them once and drive easy.
The driver's license presented at pickup must match the name on the rental agreement exactly. Additional drivers must be registered before departure.
Check tires, headlights, indicators, mirrors and fuel level against the pickup checklist in the Suyaan app before leaving the lot.
Adjust seat position, mirrors and headrest with the engine off. It takes twenty seconds and prevents on-road fumbling.
Log any dents, scratches or interior wear through the app within 30 minutes of pickup. Unreported damage is assumed to have occurred during your rental.
All occupants must be belted before the vehicle moves, including short trips and drop-offs.
Fleet vehicles are GPS-tracked. Repeated or severe speeding flags the trip for review and may end the rental early.
No handheld calls, messaging or scrolling while driving. Hands-free navigation mounted on the dash is the only exception.
Pick a fixed point ahead — if you pass it less than three seconds after the car in front, ease back.
No alcohol, recreational drugs, or driving while fatigued to the point of impaired reaction time. This voids all insurance cover.
In heavy rain, fog, or dust, find a safe place to stop rather than pushing through at reduced visibility.
Never exceed the manufacturer-stated seating or cargo capacity printed on the driver-door plate.
Spare tire, jack, and warning triangle must stay in the vehicle for the full rental — don't remove them for extra boot space.
Any dashboard warning light — engine, brakes, tire pressure — gets reported through the app the moment it appears, not at drop-off.
Smoking, vaping, and open flames are prohibited inside every Suyaan vehicle. A deep-clean fee applies if this is violated.
Match the fuel gauge reading noted at pickup to skip refuelling charges at drop-off.
Move to a safe position, check for injuries, then call local emergency services before doing anything else.
Contact 24/7 roadside assistance before arranging or paying for third-party repairs — unapproved repairs may not be reimbursed.
Never leave an accident scene before exchanging details, photographing the scene, and filing a police report where required.
